Please, no, surely it's not true!! Skate City has apparently shut its doors for good. Where will Kingsportonians go to do the limbo on wheels and shake it all about?! I've had many great memories at Skate City. I remember flying like Sonic the Hedgehog around the skating rink while Britney Spears and New Kids on the Block blasted from the DJ booth. Those were the good days! I feel like skating, but I have no where to go now. Much sadness!
Believe in Bristol is sending a mixed message with their website. Tagged at the bottom of the site is, Legend Web Works LLC., the company that created this site for them. Oops, this firm is out of Cincinnati. We have ample talent here and specifically Bristol that could deliver a much better product.
We had our first barely measurable amount of snowfall last week. Will we actually get some accumulation tonight? I sure miss the snows that we received when I was younger. We haven’t had a decent amount of snow in years.
